The Old Rectory is in the Village of Bathampton, just on the edge of Bath and situated along the Kennet and Avon Canal with fine walks and lovely scenery abounding.
This is a gorgeous house affording many opportunities for entertainment and enjoyment. Close to the centre of Bath, but providing a welcome retreat with all its many luxuries and facilities as well as the landscaped grounds to wander in or the romantic lake to dream beside.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a Damage Deposit as well as the guarantee of your arrival.
YOUR BALANCE will remain the same to be taken 60 Days prior to your day of arrival. We can take this from your credit or debit card also.
YOUR DEPOSIT will be refunded within the week of your departure (usually within 48 hours).
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £100 Administration Fee.
However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit your deposit. It is advisable that you consider holiday insurance to over this possibility.
YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 2 months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another Confirmation at that point to let you know we have taken your balance and to touch base with your arrival plans.
NOTE: Please, remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Make everyone in your party aware of this, and remind them all to be respectful of this splendid home and to leave it in the fine condition in which they found it.
Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay as well as number of persons, but always include all taxes and utilities.
There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Rates for 8 to 10 persons - £1050 per night to £1550 per night
Rates for 12 to 16 persons - £1250 per night to £1850 per night

Children are Welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved.
