For this is the apartment with the best address in Bath - the Royal Crescent, and it gloriously occupies the ground floor of this splendid architectural marvel, and is situated right next door to the famous Royal Crescent Hotel - whose lush gardens add to our own garden views.
This luxury apartment is an elegantly furnished and beautifully restored two bedroom home that lives up to its famous address, offering the beauty and comfort that its name suggests.
This is the utmost in Georgian splendor, from the gracious drawing room with its original cornice and decorative ceiling, to exquisite period conservatory which opens onto a pretty and sunny terrace surrounded on all sides by gardens and greenery.
The grand drawing room is tastefully furnished with antiques that blend with the apartment’s original features, such as the enormous Georgian fireplace, the delicate cornice work and the soaring Georgian windows. The drawing room is at the front of the Crescent and overlooks the beauteous Royal Victoria Park.
There are two handsomely furnished king bedrooms with views out the back towards the gardens and terraces. One of the bedrooms has a superking bed that can be divided into twin beds for added flexibility. Although there is only one bathroom, like everything else in this apartment, it is attractive and perfectly designed.
Food preparation is a joy in the stunning kitchen which opens into the amazing dining room which is enclosed in the delightful period conservatory. The lovely garden terrace is on view from both the kitchen and the dining room.
This is an absolutely splendid flat with all its wonderful period features retained alongside modern facilities such as Flat Screen TV, DVD, Stereo and WIFI.
Everything you could possibly require will be in the flat, from lovely linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and some of the most amazing heritage sites of Bath are just outside your door

Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this fabulous apartment is totally NON-Smoking!
There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.
This is luxury flat, but children over 10 years are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.

- High Season Rates: April 1st to November 1st and all holiday weekends
£195 - £350 per night - £950 to £1500 per week - Low Season Rates: November 1st to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£175 - £300 per night - £800 to £1200 per week
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a Damage Deposit as well as the guarantee of your arrival. Your Full balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card. Your Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
