FRED & GINGER'S is a sleek and stylish two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor of Number 1 Bennett Street, a substantial Georgian period building on the street leading to the Assembly Rooms and the world famous Circus, two of the architectural marvels of Bath. It is literally around the corner from Bath’s renowned shopping district as well as fine restaurants, café’s and museums.
Although Fred & Ginger’s is a period apartment, it has been creatively decorated and furnished in a completely “Retro/Deco” style – all chrome and glass, and shiny black! You would expect Fred Astaire and Ginger Roger’s to be in residence is this grand apartment and so we have named it after them. It is absolutely stunning!
This is a luxury flat, with spacious open plan living room with beautiful as well as comfortable furnishings, including deco style sofa with slumberland foldout double bed, an ultra-modern kitchen and elegant dining table for 6.
You will enjoy the wonderful sound and picture quality provided by the Bang and Olufsen flat screen television, and there is a DVD and CD player as well as WIFI, which is available in the flat at no extra cost.
This striking flat features high ceilings, period cornicing and 6 magnificent Georgian windows with their original shutters.
Both spacious bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have huge windows offering views of city and garden. The master bedroom features a Super-king bed, which can be split into singles for flexibility’s sake. The second bedroom has a double bed and adjoins the en-suite shower room, while the Super-king adjoins the family bathroom, which has a bathtub and separate shower.
Although we always encourage our guests to arrive by train, there is long stay parking near the flat in the Charlotte Street Car Park.

Children are welcome in Fred & Ginger’s as long as they and their parents are well behaved.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities.
There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- High Season Rates: Apr 1st to Jan 3 and all holidays & weekends:
£175 to £350 per night, £900 - £1800 per week - Low Season Rates: Jan 4 to March 31st, excluding holidays & weekends:
£150 to £300 per night, £800 - £1600 per week
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
